Now that you have met the woman of your dreams and it is time to
start a new life how do you get her home? Unfortunately, she can not
just get on the airplane and go home with you.
Tourist visas are not issues
to pretty young Ukrainian ladies. The US immigration department
knows that if a Ukrainian lady comes to the US as a tourist she WILL
NOT go home. Because of repeated abuse of the tourist visa, if your
lady is from the Former Soviet Union she is not going to get
anything other than a fiancée visa.
Applying for and getting a
fiancée K-1 visa is a long and complicated process but it can be
done. After returning to the United States you will need to provide
INS proof of US citizenship, proof of termination of prior
marriages, proof of meeting, green card photographs, financial data,
and a petition.
After the INS processes your
paperwork it becomes your girlfriends turn to supply her paperwork,
go have a medical examination and finally an interview.
The whole process will
usually take between 6 and 9 months. It will probably seem like
forever.
After your fiancées arrival
in the US you will have 90 days to get married or she will have to
return home.
Many men are choosing to
marry their fiancée in the Ukraine and apply for a spousal visa. A
spousal visa usually takes between 2 and 3 months. Arranging the
right to be married in the Ukraine is VERY difficult. We have helped
many couples get married in the Ukraine and will be glad to help

Canada, Australia, New
Zealand, and the European Union all have systems very similar to
America's.

Ukrainian friend, fiancée or wife online.

Hello Mike,
Thanks for your letter. We prepare both the K1 fiancee visa, and the
K3 spousal visa. The fiancee visa will be the quickest and least
expensive of the two options. You must first with meet her in person
and take photos together in order to file for the application.
We have prepared many K1 visas for people from Ukraine over the past
ten years, and we are very familiar with the process. The total
process from start to finish will be about 6 months. We have a
packet that we provide to our clients and it contains all of the
documents that both you and your fiancée will need for the process.
It will enable you to come back from Ukraine with absolutely
everything that we need from her in order for us to prepare your
petition. We do not take a retainer fee to start the process, but we
do charge a $20 fee to send out the packet to you. We deduct this
$20 fee from the preparation fee once we receive all of your
documents for preparation.
We prepare the entire petition for you and submit it directly to the
USCIS. We are with you through the entire process and also assist
with the interview process as well. Our office has been preparing K1
and K3 visa applications since 1997, and we have a 100 percent
success rate. For the benefit of our clients, we are also registered
